Our Kinderwood Preschool children had an amazing time on their recent field trip to Jolly Roger Land! From exciting adventures to imaginative play, the day was filled with laughter, exploration, and unforgettable memories.
It was wonderful to watch our students play together, discover new experiences, and strengthen friendships while sharing so many smiles along the way. These special outings help encourage confidence, curiosity, teamwork, and joyful learning beyond the classroom.

Our Kinderwood Preschool children had a fantastic time on their field trip to AMC Oakridge Movie Theater! Everyone was excited to watch Toy Story 5 on the big screen, and it was a joy to see their smiles as they laughed and cheered for their favorite characters.
The children did an outstanding job listening, following directions, and representing Kinderwood Preschool with kindness and excellent behavior throughout the day. Experiences like these create lasting memories while encouraging social skills, confidence, and a love for learning through new adventures.

Kinderwood Children’s Center was established to serve the families in the community in 1980. We recognized the need for working parents to be assured their most prized possessions, their children, are taken care of in the cleanest, safest, most pleasant atmosphere possible. Kinderwood realizes the importance of balanced growth and is dedicated to providing for the social, mental, and physical development of your child.
We provide an educational experience in a warm and friendly environment for youngsters SIX WEEKS to FIVE YEARS of age. Our service has grown from a sincere love for children and a deep desire to help your child associate with other children and cope in a modern world. We are open to all children, regardless of race, creed or national origin.

Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding career or know someone who would be a great teacher? We are always looking for Positive, creative & energetic people to join our friendly staff.
Our program balances opportunities for self-choice with teacher-directed activities. Choices range from quiet library time, fine motor/manipulative activities, and sensory/tactile activities to social skills. Large muscles are developed though supervised exercise in our well-equipped playgrounds. Our many play yards provide age separation and appropriate activities. Teacher directed activities include meal, circle and storytime, art, music, language, developmental skills and science.
