Important Dates 2025-2026:

January 2025 Information:

• Friday, January 1^st: New Year’s Day – No School-
  • Regular tuition rates apply per policy
• Monday, January 15– Martin Luther King Jr Day No School
  • *Regular tuition rates apply per policy
• Monday, January 27th –ANNUAL MATERIAL FEE IS DUE! $150 PER CHILD.
• Needs to be paid in full by Friday, January 31st .
• All past due payments will accrue a $30 late fee.
• All subsidized families are required to pay this fee as well.

February 2025 Information

• Monday, February 10^th-12^th – Valentines are Due
• Monday, February 10^th-14^th Scholastics Bookfair
• Wednesday, February 14– Valentine Exchange
• Monday, February 17^th – President’s Day- No School-

March 2025 Information:

• Monday, March 17^th – Wear Green for St Patrick’s Day!

April 2025 Information:

• Tuesday, April 1^st– Room 1 & 2 Needs and Service forms are Due
• Thursday, April 17^th – Rooms 2-5 will be dying eggs- Must go home same day.
• Friday, April 18^th – Bunny Visit and Kinderwood’s  Easter Egg Hunt

May 2025 Information:

• Thursday, May 1^st – Spring Picture Day: 2-day event(Room 1, Room 2 Siblings and Staff Photos)
• Friday, May 2^nd – Spring Picture Day : 2-day event(Room 3, Room 4, Room 5 and Classroom Pictures)

• Friday, May 9^th – Mother’s Day gifts are sent home
• Monday, May26^th – Memorial Day No School

• Tuesday, May 27^th -Summer Program Calander will be sent home for families. This includes all special activities and events for our summer!

June 2025 Information:

• Friday, June 13^th – Graduate Party
• Friday, June 13^th – Father’s Day Gifts Sent Home
• Tuesday, June 16^th – Summer Program Begins
• Friday, June14^th – Father’s Day gifts sent home
• Friday, June 20^th – Closed in observance of Juneteenth

July 2025 Information:

• Tuesday, July 1^st–  Room 1 & 2 Needs and Service forms are Due
• Thursday, July 3^rd – 4^th of July Parade. All Kinderwood children and staff will be joining us during our parade.
• Friday, July 4^th – Independence Day No School

August 2025 Information:

• Tuesday, August 31^st – All re-enrollment paperwork: enrollment form, signed/initialed policy form, annual photo release & “What’s the Buzz” forms go home.

September 2025 Information:

• Monday, September 1^st Labor Day No School.

Regular tuition rates apply per policy

• Wednesday, September 8^th : FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!! re-enrollment paperwork: enrollment form, signed/initialed policy form, annual photo release & “What’s the Buzz” forms are due
• Wednesday, September 10^th :Room 4 and 5’s “Back to School Night”- PARENTS ONLY
• Optional Childcare will be provided
• $10 per child.
• Cash only

October 2025 Information:

• Wednesday, October 1^st – Rooms 1& 2 Needs and Services Due
• Thursday, October 2^nd – Fall Picture Day: 2-day event(Room 1, Room 2 Siblings and Staff Photos)
• Friday, October 3^rd – Fall Picture Day: 2-day event (Room 3,Room 4,Room 5 and Class Photos
• Monday, October 13^th – Columbus Day No School. Regular Tuition Rates Applied
• Friday, October 24^th – Kinderwood’s Backyard Pumpkin Patch
• Monday, October 27^th – Halloween Classroom Treats Due
• One bag of “treats” per child are due. (approx. 24 items)
• These “treats” will be used in our Trick or Treat Parade.
• Please do not bring a “treat” that is a choking hazard.
• Think Healthy
• Friday, October 29^th – Costume Parade 9:30am
• Children should come in costume
• Please leave all accessories at home
• Parents should provide an additional bag with separate change of clothes
• Bag should fit costume
• Children will be changed back into their regular clothes when Halloween parade is over.

November 2025 Information:

• Monday, November 10^th – Closed in observation of Veterans Day. No School Regular Tuition Rates Applied.
• Monday, November 17^th – Kinderwood’s Thanksgiving feast sign ups.
• Wednesday, November 26^th – Kinderwood’s Thanksgiving Feast 11:30am
• Thursday, November 27^th – Friday, November 28^th: Thanksgiving Holiday- We will be closed No School
• All normal tuition rates apply as per our policy
• Date: TBD- Room 4 FREE Vision Screening
• Nothing needed from parents:
• You will need to return slip if you do NOT want your child to participate
• Date: TBD – Room 5 FREE Vision Screening
• Nothing needed from parents

December 2025 Information:

• Friday, December 5^th : Room 4 & 5’s Winter Show invites go home.
• Friday, December 12^th : Kids Santa gifts are due:
• A wrapped, $10 value gift, labeled with their gender
• Friday, December 19^th : Room 4& 5’s Winter Songs Show
• Family and friends are more than welcome to attend.
• Friday, December 19^th: Santa visits Kinderwood- Family and Friends are welcome to join us
• Monday December 22^nd -Friday January 2^nd Kinderwood will be close for Winter Break. We will reopen on January 8^th, 2026, regular operating hours.
