“We are beyond grateful to the families that have continued to pay their tuition at the 50%. It has been a serious life line and has given us the opportunity to remain open to the essential families in our community. However, we have known and expected this to not be a long term path. Unfortunately, with the shelter in place being extended an additional 30 days, we must face the reality that 50% tuition fees are not realistic for many families. We must also balance this with the needs of Kinderwood to remain open and to continue to cover the minimum cost of payroll (even if its only for a skeleton crew), rent, utilities and other recurring bills.
Kinderwood would like to meet our families in the middle. We are offering to any family that does not need care for the month of April to pay tuition at 75% off. Meaning if you are absent for the entire month of May due to the COVID-19 then we would request that you only pay 1 full week’s tuition. When the shelter in place order is lifted all tuition would return to the normal rates. With our families only paying 25% of their scheduled tuition we would be able to continue to pay the minimum payroll, and a fraction of our other monthly financial responsibilities. If the shelter in place orders are extended we will obviously reassess the situation.”
Weekly Tuition Rates
Registration Fee: $175.00
Annual Material Fee: $150 due January 1st (Pro-Rated @ $10 per Month)

Returned Check Fee: $35.00
Late Tuition Fee: $30.00 if payment is not made by Monday 6pm
Late Pick-up Fee: $25.00 for every 15 min. or a fraction thereof per child
If your child is out the entire week due to illness. You will only be billed ½ tuition for that week. (Only ONE first responder Discount Per Family.)
A 10% sibling discount on the second child is valid if both children are 5 full days.
A 10% discount applies to a 5 full-day rate only.
First responders discount is for military, police officers, firefighters, and medical professionals.
